Access to, and use of, this application is provided by Acumen Insights Ltd, subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Use of activatei.com

Use of this application constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect immediately on your first use of the application. Acumen Insights Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.

This application is provided for authorised persons only and any unauthorised access is a breach of these terms and conditions.

All design and content of the online application remains the property and copyright of Acumen Insights Ltd.

Any person accessing the site cannot hold Acumen Insights Ltd or its personnel responsible for injury or loss caused by reliance on the information provided in the web site. Acumen Insights Ltd does not take responsibility for the accuracy and availability of third party web sites that user's access.

Acumen Insights Ltd reserve the right to withdraw functions and services available currently or in the future without notice if deemed necessary.

Your Privacy

Acumen Insights Ltd take reasonable steps to protect your personally identifiable information (such as email address) as you transmit your information from your computer to our application and to protect such information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Acumen Insights Ltd adopts and adheres to the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998.

No personal information is shared with third parties or agencies.

Information Contained

Although Acumen Insights Ltd has made reasonable endeavours to ensure that information contained on this application is correct, it is possible the information may be incomplete, contain errors or be out of date. You should verify any information obtained from this application before acting upon it.

Any data entered in activatei.com (including personal web links, messages and aid memoirs) are owned by you. Access to this data is provided through the activatei.com application only by you or your designated group. No other party will access this data without your express permission.

During times of activatei.com maintenance cycles and application upgrades Acumen Insights Ltd may deem it necessary to access and make backups of your data. Upon completion of maintenance cycles and application upgrades any data backed up will be destroyed.

Acumen Insights Ltd reserves the right to abstract data from the system to use for trend analysis, user management and application improvement. Any data used for this requirement will not include any identifiable information of users.

SMS and Email Alerts

Upon upgrade to either Intermediate or Premium Accounts, you will automatically have the option to utilise the SMS and Email Alert Service, of which the following conditions apply:

- Email Alerting -

Scheduled email alerts are actioned 4 times daily and are sent from the UK using GMT time. Email alerts are text based only and will be sent to the email address entered for either your account or a designated alternative address. You are responsible for the correct entry of the email address and activatei.com reserve the right to withdrawn your access to this service if it is misused. activatei.com will not be held responsible for your misuse of this service.

- SMS Alerting -

Scheduled SMS alerts are actioned 4 times daily and are sent from the UK using GMT time via our SMS service provider based in Switzerland. SMS alerts are text based only and will be sent to the mobile phone on your account. You are responsible for the correct entry of the mobile phone and country code and that your mobile phone service operator is compatible with our service (Please check the list of operators from your activatei.com account page). activatei.com reserve the right to withdrawn your access to this service if it is misused. activatei.com will not be held responsible for your misuse of this service. The following costs apply:

- A standard SMS Alert costs 6 credits
- One credit equals 6 UK pence (excluding VAT)
- SMS alerts sent to an incorrect mobile phone number will cost 2 credits
- SMS alerts contain the first 100 characters of your Aid Memoir

- My Vault-

My Vault will store private information for you the user on our servers. You can access that information when you require by logging into your account.

No information stored within your My Vault is shared with other organisations or 3rd parties and is not accessible by Acumen Insights Ltd personnel.

We recommend that you do not store any username, passwords or important account details in your My Vault in case you accidentally email / SMS text them from activatei.com.

Cancellation of Service

Upon first use of activatei.com, the following cancellation terms apply:

1. You may cancel your user account at any time by advising Acumen Insights Ltd by email (support@acumen-insights.com). Following receipt of the email Acumen Insights Ltd will remove your account access within 10 working days.
2. Any outstanding payments are due immediately if you cancel your account with outstanding monies.
3. Acumen Insights Ltd reserves the right to withdraw access to and provide the use of activatei.com for you and your representatives by giving 30 days notice. This notice period does not apply in situations of non payment or continuous payment whereby the above payment conditions apply.
4. No refunds of your annual registration fee will be given following cancellation.
5. Acumen Insights Ltd reserves the right to withdraw access to and provide the use of activatei.com for you and your representatives immediately if the application is being misused, or illegal/offensive information is uploaded to the application.
